Manila residents waded through waist-deep floodwaters and dodged flying debris on Tuesday as a powerful typhoon struck the Philippines, killing at least 12 people and sending waves as tall as palm trees crashing over seawalls.
I feel sorry for those victims. Out of a sudden, I really appreciate place where I live: no volcanos, no sea shores, no continental shelves, no tornadoes and no typhoons or tsunamis.
thats really sad..i dont think people who have never experienced something like that can really know how the victims feel. the pictures are pretty impressive and touching
